Innocent E. Azih. -Founder & CEO
Mr. Azih is an Agricultural Economist, value chain expert as well as climate change mitigation promoter and carbon accounting and market specialist.
He was the Director of the Carbon Exchange Trade and Co-founder of Eko Carbon Exchange Lagos. He facilitated, and promoted carbon market and green economy development through green investment partnerships. He was host of the Lagos Climate Change Dialogue, and co-founder of the Center for Agriculture and Climate Change.He holds Bachelors of Agriculture (University of Agriculture Makurdi), Master of Science in Agricultural Economics (University of Nigeria), and in final stages for a doctorate degree.
He was Senior Manager at the Nigerian Economic Summit Group, Nigeria Country Manager of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) Corporate Transparency Initiative (Siemens Integrity) Initiative, the UNGC Africa Local Networks Representative, and recently the Research and Communication Lead at Winrock International on the USAID Feed-the-Future Nigeria Agricultural Extension and Advisory Services Activity.
Okey Okoro Udo, Ph.D. -Finance and Audits
Dr. Udo is a Financial cum Management Professional with background in Economics, Finance, Tax, Accounting, Forensic Audit and Investigation, Research, Leadership, and Sustainability with over 20 years of combined experience in leading and managing operations and change management projects.
A Forensic expert, Certified Public Accountant, and Fellow of International Institute of African Scholars, he is also a Fellow of the American Chartered Certified System Accountants, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Nigerian Institute of Management, Association of National Accountants of Nigeria, and Institute of Chartered Trustees, and many other professional bodies. He holds B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Calabar, M.Sc. in International Accounting and Finance from the University of Liverpool, and PhD in Management specializing in Finance, (Walden University) USA.
Chisom Juliet Onwumere- Strategic Business Management
Chisom is a seasoned Accountant and Management professional with reputation for delivering accurate financial reporting and efficient budgeting in sustainability environments.
She holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Accounting from Madonna University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kaduna State University With combined years of hands-on experience, and skills in the management of businesses, and donor-funded projects, she manages audits, and supports strategic planning processes within profit-based and development-focused organizations. Chisom is passionate about contributing to impactful causes through sound financial stewardship and expertise to support social, and economic change and growth.
